Singapore: Up to 4 weeks of training for Key Franchise personnel to live and breathe the Shihlin Taiwan Street Snacks concept and customer experience, with a tour of a different outlet each week.
Home Country: Up to 2 weeks training for outlet operation staff and a 1 week bed-in program upon the opening for the 1st outlet.

Category B: On going Assistance- Complimentary Quality Assurance Visits & Refresher Training
The Franchisor will make 3 visits (1 Scheduled, 2 Unscheduled) to observe the Master Franchisee's operations. Refresher courses may also be conducted during these visits. The supervisory and training fees will be waived for these 3 visits and all travel expenses incurred will be paid for by the franchisor
Subsequent Visits (Subject to availability) will also enjoy a waiver of supervisory and training fees as a continuing commitment of the franchisor wanting to ensure the Master Franchisee's success. The Master Franchisee only needs to pay for travel expenses (Airfare and Accommodation)
The Franchisor's in house designers will continue to refresh and to look and feel of the concept in terms of design style guides, furniture, cutlery, packaging and photography.
