Kanin ni Tisay is not rice toppings, nor is it simply fried rice. KNT is Asian Fast Food in a box. KNT started out as a small cart operation selling boxes and boxes of rice meals in malls. Eventually the menu expanded to include noodles, cuaninis (grilled cuapao ala panini), barbeques and merienda fare.

What started out small multiplied into 7 outlets all over the metro, expanding to stalls and dine-in restaurants in high traffic locations. Schools, gasoline stations, office buildings, bus & MRT stations are just some examples of ideal sites.
