Sometimes gold is just where you were not looking for it. This is the story of Mainroad Chicken.

Started in 2008 in Tagum City, Davao, our Paa o Pecho Barbecue was a little gem that people enjoyed with classmates, officemates, friends and family. They ordered 6 for a group of 3, 8 for a group of 5, 10 for a group of 7, and even 12 for a group of 6. They gathered with their Grupo - talked, laughed, partied, celebrated and ate the barbecue with their hands.

Then it dawned on us – that gem, that fun, that celebration, that eating with your hands, and that being with your Grupo - should be enjoyed not just in our 1st store but by more people in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. So now we come to Manila at the busiest mall there is – 168 Shopping Mall – for our 2nd store. Soon we will open more branches for Filipinos to enjoy this chicken barbecue gold gem all over the Philippines!

Mainroad Chicken is the newest fast-food brand specializing in Chicken and Pork Barbecue, using Davao-style homemade marinade and charcoal grilling. It will be one of the 1st brands, available to franchisees all over the Philippines that will come out of the country’s oldest, decades-long Barbecue industry from Davao.
