Turku University of Applied Sciences is a Finnish institute of technology located in the city of Turku, in the region of Finland Proper. TUAS is one of the most attractive universities of applied sciences in the country. It is a multi-branch educational community of some 9000 students and 750 experts. It offers education that develops working life and entrepreneurship, research and development services (R&D) and holistic development of organizations. Our operational area is Southwest Finland. The majority of students come from Southwest Finland, and most of graduates also find work in the province. Some 1500 professionals graduate annually from TUAS. It develops multi-field innovation pedagogy in support of the province with focus on research and development, flexible curricula, entrepreneurship and service operations and internationality.
